Charles Leclerc takes his second win of the season by winning at Ferrari's home, MONZA!! The temple of speed, produced a thriller of a race today with Ferrari alternating on the strategy from McLaren and winning. McLaren had started the race with a front row lockout looking to take consecutive wins today and build on the momentum from last week in Zandvoort. But Ferrari had different plans. Charles Leclerc had a great first lap, going from P4 to P2 by the end of lap one. At Variante della Roggia chicane, Oscar Piastri made an opportunistic move on Lando Norris, the pole sitter, which not only made him lose a place to his teammate, but also made him lose a place to Charles Leclerc which was a horrible situation for McLaren as they couldn't dictate the race anymore. Lando Norris pitted at the end of lap 14 and Charles pitted at the end of next lap to cover him off yet he got undercut by Norris and lost a place. At this point McLaren was looking to easily seize the win but Ferrari had other plans. At the second round of pit stops while both the McLaren boys pitted the Ferrari's did not, sticking to a one stop strategy opposite to the McLarens going for a two stop. At this point the McLaren boys still looked on course to defeat the Ferrari's, but the pace of the Ferrari under the hands of Charles Leclerc was phenomenal. He did a 38 lap stint on the hard tire and won from Oscar Piastri by 2.6 seconds. A close call at the end. A WIN that caught the WHOLE OF ITALY, the F1 COMMUNITY and the TIFOSI BY SUPRISE.

Today the Mercedes and Red Bull cars just didn't have the pace of the Ferrari's or the McLaren's. Mercedes's race got further hindered when George Russell got front wing damage on lap 1 causing him to pit on lap 11 and change his front wing. But at the end of the day disappointing results for both teams. Red Bull finishing P6 and P8 after qualifying P7 and P8. Mercedes finishing P5 and P7 after qualifying P3 and P6.

Alexander Albon finished P9 bringing the much needed two points for the Williams team. Franco Colapinto finished in P12, a good debut race for him. Yuki Tsunoda's race came to an early end when Nico Hulkenberg collided with him causing him to retire.

Even though Kevin Magnussen finished in P10, scoring a point despite having a 10 second time penalty, he has been handed a RACE BAN for Baku. as he raked up 12 penalty points which as per the FIA regulations results in a race ban.

At the end of the day we see that the gap in the constructors fight down to only 8 points between Red  Bull and McLaren. McLaren looks on course to leading the constructor title by the next race, unless and until Red Bull have a strong response to their performance.

Lord Perceval with this miracle has revived the hopes of Ferrari in the Constructors Championship by his amazing win at Ferrari's home soil for the second time in his career. Ferrari are now only 39 points behind Red Bull and 31 point behind McLaren bringing them right back into this fight for the Constructor Championship with 8 races to go.

Aussie Dominance!!

BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX 2025 photo credit: sportstiger.com  The Aussie continues the Papaya Dominance!! Oscar Piastri takes his second win this season and that too in utter dominance from start to the end.  McLaren have been the car to beat all season long and Oscar has proved it again with taking the win, the pole and even the fastest lap. He was in control of the race front start to end and won by a massive gap of 15.5 seconds.  On the other hand Lando only could play second fiddle to his teammate by finishing the race in P3 under a second behind George Russell who took the second spot on that podium.  Lando had a bad qualifying session and hence had started P6 for the race. To add on to his difficulties he got a 5 second penalty for a false start when he rolled ahead of his pit box before even the 5 lights went out.  Overall Lando had a very eventful race with him making places at the start of the race and climbing to P3 but as the race went he just seemed to lack...

Papayas On Top!

CHINESE GRAND PRIX 2025 photo credit: theguardian.com Just a chill guy! Oscar Piastri wins the second round of the F1 calendar which makes it 2/2 won for McLaren this season. He led the race from start to end showing how utter dominant the car is with him and Lando being miles ahead of the pack for most of the race.  Lando Norris finished 2nd to complete the 50th 1-2 finish for McLaren as a constructor. But the win was not without some issues. Lando in the closing stage of the race faced an issue, with his brake pedal going long which was quite detrimental which made him lose immense amount of time and at the end he only finished 1.5 seconds ahead of George Russell losing almost 5 seconds to him on the last lap itself.  Overall, McLaren were the fastest car throughout the race, miles ahead of their competition.  Ferrari were the other talking point of the race. Throughout the race they lacked pace with Hamilton not being able to keep up with his teammate who lacked...

THE CROWN JEWEL!!

MONACO GRAND PRIX 2025 photo credit: motorsport.com LANDO is back!!! Lando Norris has proved all the haters wrong!! He won the Monaco Grand Prix. Norris has shown everyone that he is not playing second fiddle to Oscar, he is here to win the championship. He put out a brilliant lap in qualifying ahead of the Monegasque, Charles Leclerc on his second run on the same tire to take pole. As it is known in Monaco, if a driver gets pole, they are likely to win and that's what happened. There was pressure on him throughout the race by Charles but he was just fast enough to keep Charles behind and win in the end, which is what matters.  Currently  Norris is only 3 points behind Oscar, so there is a possibility that he might lead the championship at the end of the next race. Overall, a very good result  for McLaren with them finishing P1 and P3, taking away 40 points. Honestly, this was the maximum Oscar could do as Charles was just flying throughout the weekend so P3 was th...
